Vivacity is currently innovating in the Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and cyber security space. We are developing a product offering tailored towards SMEs, with the goal of democratizing access to critical security infrastructure that is currently only available for large enterprise organizations.

What we need
We are seeking to hire a Software Analyst to join our team and assist in the development of our new Public Key Infrastructure product. In this role, you will help to:
Monitor the software development process.
Perform configuration management to ensure systems perform as expected as changes are made over time.
Identify safety, performance, and compliance issues.
Prepare software requirements and specification documents.
Provide analysis, design, documentation, and testing on projects.
Write business requirements, use cases, and test cases for applications.
Carry out modifications to new or existing software applications.
Undertake and document market research and customer development efforts via calls, meetings, document analysis, and academic research reviews.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or similar experience.
2+ years of recent related experience in the development of scalable and robust commercial software and web applications.
Working knowledge of software architecture, computer programming, and broad business knowledge.
Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
High level of adaptability and professionalism.
Possess a drive to innovate and for continuous skill development.
Demonstrate creative thinking to identify and solve complex technical problems.
Fluency in English, written and spoken.
Other useful attributes you have might include:
Knowledge and/or experience in cybersecurity.
Knowledge of security technologies, processes, and concepts such as symmetric and asymmetric cryptography, TLS, Authentication and Authorization, Static Code Analysis and penetration testing.
Candidates experienced in at least one modern programming language and its frameworks (such as Java and JAX-RS or Spring Boot, NodeJS and Angular or React, Python and Flask or Django, and database technologies will gain extra consideration.
