Meet Gustavo Kang Shim

We are thrilled to introduce Gus, our Account and Technical Support Assistant!

Originally from Brazil, Gus recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science from Thompson Rivers University and brings a mix of software development and technical support skills to our team.

His professional journey includes hands-on experience across two diverse co-ops: working as a Software Developer at Raptor Integration and as an Enrollment Assistant at TRU World. Gus also previously contributed to research, analyzing COVID-19 mental health data. Through these diverse roles, he discovered his true passion of bridging the communication gap between technical and non-technical people to ensure that complex ideas are accessible to everyone.

Outside of work, you can find Gus embracing the great outdoors, either snowboarding down a mountain or hiking through nature. When it’s time to unwind indoors, he’s usually playing his favourite video games.
