Celebrating Milestones: A Journey of Growth and Achievement

a 30-60-90 day graphic

As I mark my 60th day at our incredible organization, I'm thrilled to reflect on the transformative power of setting goals, particularly for new hires like myself. In just 60 days, I've experienced firsthand how intentional goal-setting can accelerate integration and drive meaningful contributions to the organization.

From day one, setting clear and measurable goals has provided me with direction, context, and a sense of accomplishment. By establishing objectives aligned with the company's vision, mission, strategic objectives and my role, I've been able to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.

One of the most significant benefits of goal-setting has been its role in facilitating my integration into the organization. By establishing objectives related to team engagement, project management, and customer relations, I've been able to quickly build relationships, gain a deeper understanding of our culture, and contribute to the collective success of our team.

For new hires, the power of setting goals lies in its ability to provide a roadmap for success. By outlining specific objectives and milestones, individuals can focus their efforts, track their progress, and celebrate achievements along the way. This not only fosters a sense of purpose and motivation but also helps newcomers navigate the complexities of their new role and environment.

As I continue my journey at Vivacity, I'm excited to see how goal-setting will continue to drive my growth and development. I'm deeply grateful for the support of George Emery, our CEO, the support of my team, and for the opportunity to be part of such a dynamic and forward-thinking organization.

Here's to celebrating milestones, embracing challenges, and continuing to grow and evolve – together.
